1.purpose
It is suitable for the determination of micronaire value of loosely arranged cotton fibers. Micronaire is defined as a measure of the air permeability of a certain amount of cotton fiber under specified conditions, expressed by micronaire. The micronaire value scale is based on a set of "international Calibration Cotton Standards" whose micronaire value has been determined by international agreements.
On the basis of the original 175 model, cy175d model adopts electronic weighing, micro air pressure sensor, large screen touch screen Chinese and English display, microcomputer automatic control and data processing. It is equipped with a micro printer and can also be connected with an external 24 bit pin printer. It can display the magnon value and the magnon level. The machine has the functions of weighing and automatic calibration of standard cotton samples, which improves the detection speed and accuracy.
This instrument can also convert the micronaire value into metric number for reference only.
