This series of impact testing machine is used to test the impact resistance of metal materials under dynamic load. It is a necessary testing instrument for metallurgy, machinery manufacturing and other units. The cross section of the sample is 10 × 10mm is mainly used for testing ferrous metals with high impact toughness, especially steel and its alloys. The machine adopts double column support, which improves the rigidity of the impact machine, ensures the accuracy of test data, and greatly improves the service life of the test machine. The maximum impact energy of the machine is 300j. The machine is equipped with an axial positioning device. 2. The main engine is supported by double supports. The main shaft is supported by simply supported beam, and the radial load distribution of bearing is reasonable. Structural features and advantages:
