Instrument description:
This tester is suitable for testing the ability of lining material, down or fiber drilling through fabric of bedclothes, bedcovers and other bedclothes.
Working principle:
Cut a sample of the specified size on the sample fabric to be tested and sew it into a pocket shape of the specified size, fill it with a certain quality of down, feather or a mixture of both, and sew the open end to make a test pad of the specified size. The two sides of the test pad are installed on the fixture of the instrument to fix and clamp. After starting the instrument, the amount of down and feather penetrating the fabric is calculated after testing the specified number of times, according to which the degree of anti-drilling of the fabric is determined.
