1. Introduction:
Contact angle mean drop a liquid on a solid surface, at the
solid-liquid-gas junctional point, liquid between the two tangent line of
gas-liquid interface and solid-liquid interface given an angle called
contact angle.
JYSP-360 Contact angle goniometer used to measure the contact
angle of a liquid drop on solid, or wettability. Widely use in petroleum,
printing, medical, painting etc. industry.
2. Theory:
When a liquid free with field of force, will show as a ball shape because
the interface tension, but when liquid meet solid surface, the ultimately
shape will be effected by the relative force of liquid inner cohesion and
adhesive force between liquid and solid.
