Fiber Length Tester Analysis Instrument Test

Used to analyze length of cotton fiber or chemical fiber.It consists of two parts,namely

fiber draw-off unit and analyzer.

The determination method of cotton fiber length tester is one of the determination

methods of cotton fiber length stipulated by the national standard,which requires standard

temperature and humidity under the condition (temperature 20±20C, relative humidity

65±3%) .

According to the length distribution characteristics of cotton fiber, it is a measuring

instrument that uses the roller clamp mouth to control the long and short fibers for

equidistance group weighing. During measurement, the fiber test sample must be

pre-arranged into a neat and well-defined cotton bundle with one end, and then placed in

the roller of the analyzer, and the fiber can be sent out from short to long by turning the

roller, and finally weighed in groups, so as to obtain the length distribution data. The main

length, quality length, average length, base number, evenness, staple fiber rate and other

indexes can be obtained through calculation.
